Over the past 10 years, recruitment consultancy MBN has experienced growth through tough markets and challenging times.
“MBN has come a long way and, over the past 36 months, the business has grown considerably,” said founder and chief executive Michael Young.
“We’ve continued to evolve and develop our people solutions to meet the challenging demands of our growing international client base.”
With offices in Glasgow and London, MBN specialises in big data, analytics, data science and the blockchain sector and has a global client base that includes financial services companies and consultancies.
“We have some exciting new event launches happening in the next few months,” added Young, “and we’re all working hard to break into new territories over the coming year.”
MBN works closely with key industry stakeholders such as the Data Lab in Edinburgh, for which it is managing the placement of 90 data scientists, and UK universities.
Paul Forrest, MBN’s chairman, said; “It’s a real testament to Michael and the MBN team’s ability to deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients, but we recognise this alone is never enough to be the best.
“Our thought leadership and event programme over the last few years has seen MBN becoming more and more involved with key stakeholders in the data industry.
“This year, MBN will capitalise on this through the launch of a series of high profile events and training activities to help businesses, the public sector and the world of academia to achieve their goals in and around the exploitation of blockchain, data, insight and analytics.”
