A Glasgow-founded online pharmacy is partnering with Holland & Barrett – the high street health and wellbeing retailer – to offer its store customers access to weight management services.
Phlo, which provides access to private GLP-1 weight loss jabs, to eligible adults, will work with the household retailer to provide its services across stores and online.
The partnership will see Phlo’s clinically-led weight management services made available via Holland & Barrett’s website and QR codes in stores across the UK, with Phlo responsible for patient assessment, prescribing, dispensing and ongoing clinical support.
It will signpost customers to additional support alongside its existing nutrition and wellness range. Meanwhile, Holland & Barrett continues to invest in its own-brand weight management ranges with new launches planned throughout 2026 and beyond.

The service is powered by Phlo Connect, Phlo’s API-driven digital infrastructure platform, which sits behind the customer experience to deliver clinical assessment, prescribing, dispensing and ongoing patient support.
Among those who have bought health and wellness products from Holland & Barrett in the last 12 months, 1 in 4 (26%) report experiencing challenges with weight management over the same period, according to an Ipsos survey.
