Established in 2017 and part of Dundee & Angus College, Service Design Academy is dedicated to delivering innovative and accredited service design training and education programmes.
Our purpose is to educate on the design process, ensuring that organisations deliver services and experiences that are person-centred, effective and inclusive.
Service Design Academy is proud to be a part of the growth of service design practice in Scotland, the UK and further afield. Our team of educators do this by building capacity and capability within organisations and communities to lead to sustainable and impactful change.
Our expert educators connect service design theory with practical application by developing a learning pathway from awareness to practitioner level.
