Citizens Advice Scotland is the membership body for the Citizens Advice network in Scotland comprising of 59 member bureaux and the Extra Help Unit. We help CABs provide free, impartial and confidential advice for citizens across Scotland and campaign for positive change from industry and policymakers. CABs are essential community services, each its own independent charity organised to best serve the needs of local people. During the pandemic we unlocked £147 million for people, and helped over 171,000 clients with advice. We provide national support to our members and seek to provide high quality best value service delivery tools. We have across this year been sharing our experience with using a “no-code/low code” approach to digital service innovation for our network delivered via a Civtech® 6 challenge.
