The Business Support Partnership is a commitment by Scottish Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, South of Scotland Enterprise, Skills Development Scotland, Local Government via SLAED and COSLA, Business Gateway National Unit, Creative Scotland, VisitScotland and Scottish Government.
Our ambition is for Business Support Partnership organisations to operate in data driven environment with more effective use of technology which will enable an enhanced customer experience. With common and collaborative approaches to channels and data using technology to improve our product and services and achieve better outcomes for Scotland’s economy. Including the adoption and integration of the flagship ‘Master Customer Record’ project across multiple public sector organisations in Scotland.
